We fulfill the orders in the following hours (according to the GMT:+01:00 time zone):
Bouquets ordered during the night or early in the morning, will be delivered on the next day from opening.

When you arrive to our site the main menu will welcome you.
Please register (it is necessary for shopping) by clicking on the ‘Registration’, so later we will be able to welcome you as our returning member to avoid further, unnecessary administration.

When and how we deliver
Our couriers take the bouquets to the recipient in perfect condition. We guarantee that our employees’ appearance and manner is clear and your gift will be taken to the recipient worthily.
It is not in our power to deliver the products right on time, except for weddings and funerals.

We can guarantee only the day of the delivery in the countryside and abroad, except for wedding bouquets and floral tributes.

How to pay
By credit card
You give to OTP Bank the number and the expiration date of your card and we deliver at once.
Through OTP bank Escada accepts VISA and Master Card, ELECTRON, MAESTRO.
VISA Electron can be accepted if the bank of issue gives permission.
For purchase you should have Netscape Navigator 4.05 or Microsoft Explorer 4.0 or their later versions.
By check
You can pay with money transfer through the Hungarian Postal Service. I this case you are required to fill out a pink postal check.
As soon as we receive the “pink” check we deliver. If you fax us the paid check, we deliver at once.

In case of bank transfer we deliver as soon as the amount is on our account. The average transit time of money transfer is 3 days.

Cash
In case of paying by cash you are required to agree personally with our employee in advance (in our shop or via phone). If you order through phone you will have the opportunity to pay in cash to our courier who will go to you and you can pay him personally.
If you are the recipient, the courier will take the product to you and you will pay him (traditional cash on delivery)
If you are the sender when the bouquet is paid it should be delivered to the chosen address, an extra charge of the double delivery should be paid. The amount depends on the distance.
